The Monson Dining Center, located on the third level of the Brushaber Commons, is Bethel University’s main dining hall, and we’re open during most of the school day. In our all you care to eat dining hall, students can choose from any of our nine stations, from the salad bar to made-to-order-pasta or stir fry—and don’t forget to grab dessert! The Monson Dining Center is made to be a dine-in facility, giving students the room to spread out between the spacious main floor and the quieter balcony level of the seating area. For students on the go between classes, they can choose take out with the reusable to-go program.
