The Monson Dining Center, located on the third level of the Brushaber Commons, is Bethel University’s main restaurant, and we’re open during most of the school day. Students can choose from any (and more than one) of our nine stations, from the salad bar to made-to-order-pasta or stir fry—and don’t forget to grab dessert. The Monson Dining Center is eat-in only, but students can spread out between the spacious main floor and the quieter balcony level of the seating area.
